HWR #186 06/07/16 Thrown Off A Building

This was one huge episode! We talked all about Ricochet Vs Ospreay and the CZW building/flaming truck spot and weather or not it's "killing the business" or not! We also previewed NXT TakeOver: The End! Also, we had a lot of news and speculation surrounding WWE and their relationship with the UFC! Is Brock the exception that makes it all work? Also, is Cena vs AJ a bigger deal than the Rollins vs Regins feud? 

HWR #185 05/31/16 Splitting Brand Hairs

Of course, we kicked off the show with Lucha Ground and NXT talk! But this week in WWE we saw the return of John Cena, a AJ Styles turn, and we had a whole lot of talk of the upcoming brand split! This description might be brief, but we more than made up for it on the show!  

HWR #184 05/24/16 Investment?

This week we had some more departures from the WWE roster. Is there a bigger problem behind the scenes? Also, the WWE had an interesting ppv in Extreme Rules. It had it's ups and downs but overall it was a good show! The RAW after had it's moments as well! After the beak, we came back with some Lucha Underground talk. Is season 2 following too closely to the formula of season 1? Also, NXT had a match that really good match that should have been done months ago! what match was that? Listen to find out!

HWR #183 05/17/16 Extremer Rules

This weekend is WWE Extreme Rules! We gave a full analysis for the event the way only we do! But first, we had to review Graver Consequences. Last year's offering was our pick for Match Of The Year, how did this one stack up? Do we have a new Match Of The Year candidate? There were a couple unfortunate injuries as well this week that could greatly affect the WWe's Women's division and the Cruiser Weight Classic. We hope everyone heals up well!

HWR #182 05/11/16 So Long, Chumpstains!

WWE's spring cleaning came a bit late this year, but we celebrated by doing a chumpstain challenge on our own! After discussing the news of who was was released,we talked all about EC3's promo at Evolve! Lucha Underground had a fantastic match that had Abel and chris saying that they wanted "mas"! The "New Era" of WWE is upon us and "The Club" was upstaged by Big Cass. Or were they?

HWR #181 05/03/16 Razzamatazz!

It's Cinco de Mayo and Mother's Day week! We celebrate by talking about Lucha Underground's Cage in a Cage match and the Trio's Championship match! We then had a few things to say about this week's airing of month old footage from NXT! Chris has been trying to keep up with WWE's cruiser-weight tournament which is shaping up to be fairly intriguing! Of course, we reviewed WWE payback and the following RAW as well! It was a pretty good ppv! Did RAW do it justice? Oh and Travis had a nightmare of a story for his trip to Dallas this past weekend!

HWR #180 04/26/16 We're Not Bad Guys, We're Not Good... Wait, We Are Bad Guys

Matanza vs Mil Muertes on Lucha Underground last week was interesting. Also, is LU repeating all the intriguing elements from season 1? NXT had their title change hands on a house show... but was it really a "house show"? And WWE Payback is this weekend! We ran down the card and gave our predictions for the show! We also had a lot of fun with our listener interaction points this week!

HWR #179 04/19/16 Where We Are Now

Plenty of news to get to this week! We kicked off the show whit what you know to know about the wacky world of wrestling! This week we had a few more points of listener-interaction! Two #AnswerHWR and one #PushKeepFire to be exact! You have lots of homework, WrestleFriends! Also, last week Abel complained about how we got Shane McMahon being in charge of Monday night RAW, but this week Chris says we're here now so it doesn't matter. Also, is the Anderson, Gallows and AJ thing a complete red herring?  WrestleThon is this weekend! Make sure to tune in to twitch.tv to check it out! Abel will be there Friday night and will work the graveyard shift from 8pm Saturday to 8am Sunday!

HWR #178 04/12/16 How We Got There

WrestleMania season is starting to fade and things are returning to normal. Normal as in, we started the show by about Lucha Underground for about 30 minutes! Matanza is such a beast and who can stop him? There was also some brief chatter on NJPW this week! But back to WWE. Shane is in charge again this week and it was a pretty good episode of RAW, but does that justify how we got here? Does it makes sense? Does it matter? Also, we saw the arrival of Anderson and Gallows! That's fantastic! But do we like how they got there? Was the debut not timed well? Or are we just glad they are there?

HWR #177 04/06/16 Everything's Better With Bacon

Well, what a crazy WrestleMania weekend! We had friend of the show Nicole "Femme Balor" Bacon joined us! She was in Dallas all weekend and gave her perspective on all the events she attended! We started with NXT TakeOver Dallas! That show was amazing and filled with top-notch matches! We then covered the WrestleMania pre show, which almost felt like a whole show in and of itself! After a short break, we broke down WrestleMania. Did it meet our expectations? Were we happy with the outcomes? Finally, the RAW after Mania was discussed! That almost felt like "NXT TakeOver: RAW"! We also attended Smackdown this past Tuesday night and we tried to not give away too many spoilers but some parts of conversation went into that territory. No ROH, Lucha Underground or TNA talk this week; we'll get back on track next week! Hope everyone enjoyed their WrestleMania weekend!
