HWR #104 10/14/14 Be A Good Doer

On this week's episode we discussed the Full Metal Mayhem match from Impact and which from the Tag Team Series should be contenders for "Match of the year". After that we discussed the failures of TNA's booking leading into Bound For Glory and the show itself. Following that, we reviewed WWE's programming from the week and how it affects Hell In a Cell. Then finally we got to a fantastic interview with Kia Stevens aka Kharma aka Amazing Kong aka Awesome Kong! She discussed how she came into loving the wrestling business, some of her favorite memories from TNA, her weight loss and her great Kickstarter campaign for a new project that encourages everyday-people to become "Good Do-ers"! This is a great interview and we hope you enjoy it! 

Special Edition HWR Road Trip Episode: NWA Inspire Pro Battle Wars Review

Here it is! This past weekend the guys jumped in the HWR-Mobile and took a trip to Austin, Texas for NWA Inspire Pro's Battle Wars event! This was an event that was featuring talent from NWA Inspire Pro, NWA Wrestle Revolution and Chikara! International Superstar Teddy Hart was even booked on the card! We had a great time going out there and here is our review for trip! 

HWR #103 10/07/14 Audio Tour Of Brooklyn, Coney Island, Bethlehem and Jersey

In this week's episode we review the return of The Rock, the terrible Katie Lee and Hoda segment and the continuation of the Cena/Ambrose/Rollins storyline from WWE. Also, we talk about the almost negligent lack of build for TNA's "biggest show of the year" Bound For Glory. We nominate a couple matches of the week from NXT. Then we interview the new ROW Tag Team champs, "The New Heavenly Bodies" Dustin and Justin Corino! We also intended to talk about the #hwrRoadTrip to Austin for NWA Inspire Pro, but we spent so much time on it, that it will be in it's own special edition episode! 

HWR #102 09/30/14 Pink Ribbon Not Included

This week, we took a look at TNA's Gold Rush series and how it came off on tv, the lack of build to Bound For Glory and Chris may have let a spoiler slip. After that, we discussed Prince Fergal Devitt's name change to Finn Balor and a few other points from NXT. After a break, we talked about WWE's partnership with Susan G Komen again, the three Diva's matches on RAW, what's next for Rusev and speculation as to what the main event for Hell In A Cell will be! Also, this weekend will be our HWR Road Trip out to Austin for NWA Inspire Pro!

HWR #lol 09/24/14 The LOL Episode With Jinder Mahal

Ok guys we finally made it past 100! To celebrate, the guys at Clutch City Productions hooked us up with an interview with Raj Singh aka Jinder Mahal! Raj will be appearing at the Alamo City Comic Con this weekend and we talked to him about that, getting into the WWE, his favorite moments while in the company and what he's doing now! It was a great interview! Right before the interview, we talked about Night Of Champions and RAW. After the interview, we discussed NXT, TNA and NWA Houston. We also are getting prepared for all the fantastic things happening all around the Texas wrestling scene for the Fall!

HWR #100 09/16/14 One Hundred? Really?

Well, here it is folks! Our 100th episode! It's been an awesome ride so far! In this episode we got a special surprise phone call from our unofficial 4th co-host! Then we tried to "rapid fire" our way though the week of WWE, NXT and TNA so that we could get to all of the questions you, the HWR loyal fans, provided on social media! We had some great questions from you guys and it made for a great change of pace! While answering questions, we would take breaks and play classic clips from past episodes! Thank you for supporting us and getting us to 100! Enjoy the show and join in our celebration! 

HWR #$9.99 09/09/14 Welcome To The "Season Premiere" Of HWR!

This week TNA held it's ground and WWE improved with it's "Season Premiere" episode of RAW. We examined both Impact and RAW fully. Although we enjoyed RAW, we did have some fun at the expense of the "Season Premiere" title of the show and the ongoing $9.99 campaign! After all that, we previewed NXT Takeover 2! We are very excited for this show and can't wat to see it! Also, we mentioned some very exciting things going on in the Texas indie wrestling scene this month! Next week is #HWR100! HWR #98 09/02/14 Is TNA Winning?

On this week's episode we we impressed yet again by a match TNA's programming. However, there was still plenty for us to dislike! Same goes for WWE programming. Maybe even more so! The booking of Cena, the terrible plot-lines with the Brie/Nikki story and the desperate plea for mainstream media attention with the Michael Sam "invitation" all left bad tastes in our mouths! If you were frustrated with this week's WWE product, you were not alone!

HWR #97 08/26/14 You Know What, WWE Lacks Impact

You know what, this week was a step down from last. But, you know what, both TNA and WWE put on shows that we less that expected. You know what, TNA still had a few bright spots. and you know what, we discussed those along with the low points. Then, you know what, during the WWE talk, Abel really got worked up over Cena's booking from this week's RAW. You know what, we also talked about Nikki's use of the phrase "you know what!" You know what, this was a good episode! 

HWR #96 08/19/14 The Beast And Super Duper

SummerSlam was better than expected and we had an interesting RAW after! We talked all about our new WWE Wold Heavyweight Champion, Brock Lesnar, the great matches with Ambrose and Rollins and the ongoing drama with wrestler formerly known as Alberto Del Rio. After that, we touched on yet another good episode of TNA Impact and we discuss their new tv time slot! After that, we had a great special guest!, the number one contender for the NWA North American Heavyweight Title, David "Super" Duperon!
