HWR #109 11/18/14 Survivor Series Needs More Lucha

Here is this week's main weekly show! It's a little late because we released a special edition episode for our #HWRRoadTrip to ROH's Glory By Honor XIII in San Antonio. This episode is business as usual with our predictions for Survivor Series, a look at TNA, NXT and we might have even found another Match of The Year Candidate from Lucha Underground! Also, there is some interesting things afoot in the local indie scene that we touched on! And if you're a fan of our silly homemade commercials, there is a very special one, for a very special item in this episode!

#HWRRoadTrip: ROH Glory By Honor XIII, Man Up, TickleButt!

This weekend we had another #HWRRoadTrip to San Antonio for ROH's Glory By Honor XIII! We had an awesome time there and we documented our trip with this special edition podcast! ROH really hooked us up with some fantastic interviews: WarMachine (Hanson and Raymond Rowe), The Kingdom (Adam Cole, Taven, Mike Bennett and Maria), Frankie Kazarian and ACH!!! All of the interviews were awesome and we got some great stories on tape from these guys! Also, we had some of our friends/listeners chime in and give their oponion on the show. And of course we gave our rundown of the show as well. Big thanks go out to ROH for working with us on this one!

HWR #108 11/11/14 Good News Bennett

This was a jam-packed show! We are falling more and more in love with Lucha Underground and we spent quite a bit of time on that again this week! TNA made a couple waves and match of the week candidates, too! We then made a stop at the NXT Neighborhood and talked about the dropped ball with the Finn Balor debut. SmackDown as a decent show, according to Travis. We talked all about the forming of Team Cena and Team Authority! After that, Abel and Travis briefly discussed the ROW show they attended this past weekend! Oh and right in the middle of all of this we had on ROH star Mike Bennett! This weekend Ring of Honor's Glory By Honor 8 event will be taking place in San Antonio and they were gracious enough to grant us another interview with one of their top guys! Mike was a great guest and Abel had fun talking to him! We can't wait for this weekend's #HWRRoadTrip to SA! 

HWR #107 11/04/14 Going Underground

This week WWE decided that a 3 hr RAW wasn't enough and had the show continue on the WWE Network. That led us to discussing all the woes of the Network to date. It wasn't pretty. We rushed through NXT and TNA talk so we would have time to discuss the big thing of the week: The debut of Lucha Underground! Overall, we liked the show! There were a few nits to pick but it was the first time in a long time that all three of us were excited for something new! We also answered a few of our #AskHWR questions! Thanks for the questions and keep sending them in! 

HWR #106 10/28/14 If Seth Wins, We Wyatt

This week, we talked about the ending to WWE's Hell In A Cell ppv with Bray Wyatt's return, Ryback's return and the overall feeling coming out of the ppv and RAW this week! We also got to your #AnswerHWR responses and touched briefly on TNA, NXT and NWA Houston!

HWR #105 10/21/14 Headlocked In A Cell

On this week's episode we first took a look at what's going on in TNA and NXT. After that, Abel had a great interview with the creator of the Headlocked comic book series, Michael Kingston! We discussed his passion for both wrestling and comic books, the relatability of the story to everyday folk and the Kickstarter for volume 2 of the series! And since WWE's Hell In A Cell is this weekend, we gave our full preview HWR-style with predictions and anticipation levels!

HWR #104 10/14/14 Be A Good Doer

On this week's episode we discussed the Full Metal Mayhem match from Impact and which from the Tag Team Series should be contenders for "Match of the year". After that we discussed the failures of TNA's booking leading into Bound For Glory and the show itself. Following that, we reviewed WWE's programming from the week and how it affects Hell In a Cell. Then finally we got to a fantastic interview with Kia Stevens aka Kharma aka Amazing Kong aka Awesome Kong! She discussed how she came into loving the wrestling business, some of her favorite memories from TNA, her weight loss and her great Kickstarter campaign for a new project that encourages everyday-people to become "Good Do-ers"! This is a great interview and we hope you enjoy it! 

Special Edition HWR Road Trip Episode: NWA Inspire Pro Battle Wars Review

Here it is! This past weekend the guys jumped in the HWR-Mobile and took a trip to Austin, Texas for NWA Inspire Pro's Battle Wars event! This was an event that was featuring talent from NWA Inspire Pro, NWA Wrestle Revolution and Chikara! International Superstar Teddy Hart was even booked on the card! We had a great time going out there and here is our review for trip! 

HWR #103 10/07/14 Audio Tour Of Brooklyn, Coney Island, Bethlehem and Jersey

In this week's episode we review the return of The Rock, the terrible Katie Lee and Hoda segment and the continuation of the Cena/Ambrose/Rollins storyline from WWE. Also, we talk about the almost negligent lack of build for TNA's "biggest show of the year" Bound For Glory. We nominate a couple matches of the week from NXT. Then we interview the new ROW Tag Team champs, "The New Heavenly Bodies" Dustin and Justin Corino! We also intended to talk about the #hwrRoadTrip to Austin for NWA Inspire Pro, but we spent so much time on it, that it will be in it's own special edition episode! 

HWR #102 09/30/14 Pink Ribbon Not Included

This week, we took a look at TNA's Gold Rush series and how it came off on tv, the lack of build to Bound For Glory and Chris may have let a spoiler slip. After that, we discussed Prince Fergal Devitt's name change to Finn Balor and a few other points from NXT. After a break, we talked about WWE's partnership with Susan G Komen again, the three Diva's matches on RAW, what's next for Rusev and speculation as to what the main event for Hell In A Cell will be! Also, this weekend will be our HWR Road Trip out to Austin for NWA Inspire Pro!
